Submission Guidelines

ELIGIBILTY
Broadcasters, production companies, streaming services, online platforms are invited to enter.
Entries must have been aired for the first time between 1 January 2024 and 20 September 2025 to be eligible for entry into this year’s Venice TV Award.

DEADLINE
30 June 2025

SUBMISSION FEE
Benefit from our early bird discount! Submit your entry by 31 March to receive a EUR 100 discount on your first entry and additional discounts on further entries.
Early Bird Rate: First Entry EUR 320.00, additional entries: EUR 290.00 until 31 March, 2025.

Regular Entry Fee: EUR 420.00, further entries: EUR 370.00.
Starting from the second submission or categories, there is a €50 discount applied to each entry.

Entry Fee in the New Talent Category: EUR 50.00

You can register online and pay by credit card or bank transfer.

LANGUAGE
Productions that have not been produced or dubbed in English must have English subtitles. 

DESCRIPTION
Provide a description of your entry in a maximum of 50 words.

AWARDS
There will be given a Gold Trophy and Nominee Certificates to the nominated Work in each category.

ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM
VENICE TV AWARD created an Online Entry Management System that allows easily to upload all of the necessary medias to participate. In series 1 episode has to be uploaded. If the story extends over several episodes, a maximum 2 episodes can be uploaded.

MEDIA FORMAT
Submitted films can be uploaded via the online registration form. All uploaded videos must have the following specifications: Upload mov or mp4 file up to 3000 Mb (resolution 1280×720 or 1920×1080) or integrate YouTube or vimeo link.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
VENICE TV AWARD retains the rights to disqualify entries which offend national, religious, cultural or racial feelings.

STATUS
No entry material will be returned.
